ZGYMZN's innovative ultrasonic spraying system sets a higher standard in the production of uniform coatings that support superior optical properties for lenses and glass panels. Anti-reflection (AR) coatings improve the efficiency of lenses used in LED lighting and traffic lights, as well as glass panels and panels for the solar and consumer electronics markets. Types of substrate materials for film coatings include glass plates, lenses, plastic substrates, wafers, and flexible films. The YMUS-CS600 spray system uses a proprietary reciprocating head motion path to coat a 1000mm wide substrate and provide an ultra-uniform coating.

YMUS atomizer uses ultrasound to atomize the coating liquid, and then uses low pressure air flow to form flat sheets of spray falling on the substrate. The nozzle can realize online automatic cleaning.
