The positive and negative electrode sheet of lithium battery is made by coating the positive and negative electrode material on the golden film, and the positive and negative electrode sheet needs to be cleaned by plasma before coating the haze. Using plasma cleaning machine treatment not only will not cause damage to the material, no residual generation, but also can remove organic matter on the surface of the material, increase the surface wettability of the film, and improve the uniformity, thermal stability and safety of the coating.

In the process of battery assembly, in order to prevent short circuit and play the role of insulation, the cell must be external adhesive treatment to improve the safety of use. Before pasting, plasma cleaning machine is used to perform plasma treatment on insulation board, special board, PFIT film and other parts, which can thoroughly clean the dirty surface of the core, coarser the surface of the core, and improve the adhesion of subsequent pasting or coating.
