Membrane electrode (MEA) is the core component of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), which provides multiphase material transfer microchannel and electrochemical reaction site for PEMFC. The catalyst slurry is first sprayed onto the support body (GDL or PEM) under ultrasonic conditions by oscillating - dispersing - in an ultrasonic bath. Su et al.
