Perovskite solar cells -- Flexible electronics -- YMUS Ultrasonic spraying
Spraying is a solution deposition technology. In the study of perovskite photovoltaic devices, spraying is often used to prepare dense oxide layer and perovskite absorbent layer. Compared with other preparation technologies, spraying technology has strong versatility, low material waste rate, excellent compatibility with various substrates and even irregular substrates, and is compatible with roll-to-roll technology, which has great potential in the preparation of large-size perovskite devices.
The depositional process is divided into four stages:
1. The precursor liquid is atomized into small droplets through the ultrasonic nozzle;
2, atomized droplets falling on the surface of the substrate;
3, droplets reach the surface of the substrate to form a uniform and continuous wet film;
4, wet film drying into a solid film, in order to prepare high-quality film, we must optimize complex parameters, including substrate surface temperature, solution flow, solvent selection and nozzle height, etc.

The perovskite solar cells with high energy conversion efficiency (PCE) were obtained by adjusting the deposition parameters of the perovskite thin films prepared by YMUS ultrasonic spraying technology.
