The PET optical film coatings used in LCD field are divided into silicone coatings, polyurethane coatings and acrylic coatings according to the main resins used.

Organosilicon coating

Silicone coating is often used as transparent wear-resistant coating material because of its good light transmittance. The coating has sufficient flexibility and good bonding property with the base material.

Polyurethane coating

The cured polyurethane coating film has the advantages of good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, temperature resistance and elasticity. It is a kind of coating material with excellent performance and widely used. The diffusion film can be prepared by coating a layer of resin coating on the substrate such as PET film. It has good adhesion, smooth hand feel, strong scratch resistance and excellent corrosion resistance.

Acrylic coating

It does not contain Volatile solvent, which is beneficial to eliminate the pollution of VOC(Volatile Organic Compound) to the environment, and saves a lot of organic solvent, and reduces the production cost.

Optical film substrate should be apparent flat without defects, high gloss and transmittance, low fog, good spraying performance. YMUS ultrasonic precision spraying equipment, used in PET film coating preparation, to solve the adhesion between substrate film and coating.
